he’s handled it like a trooper and i was shocked how little i knew about type 1 diabetes!!i had no idea it was an autoimmune thing or that all food/drink has to be counted and medicated for. he is getting the pod fitted soon so he only has to inject once every 3 days instead of for every snack/meal

when i posted on twitter a few years ago about sugar puffs wee and yous replied like babe ✋ get that checked ✋ (i was fine) it actually led us to the symptoms (excessive thirst and urination) to have roman diagnosed with type 1 diabetes a few years later lmfao so thank u we have been v lucky
