I remember hearing that Wendy Carlos was Wendy Carlos and thinking, cool. When is the next project. Thatβs all that mattered.

My grandson Killian is celebrating his first birthday with a dance.
Happy first birthday to my grandson.
Messy baby at dinner time.
Dinner time can be messy.
Remember?
Why
A hazy Mount Hood as seen from our 13th story hotel room in war torn Portland.
Antifa member of the day. Raymond J. Glassner, US Army Air Force. Stationed in Italy, WWII.
Austin skyline at sunset.
Went to ArmadilloCon in Austin over the weekend. Had a wonderful time.
Did some touristy stuff as well. Loved the bats, blew me away. If you visit Austin definitely view the million plus Mexican free-tailed bats that seasonally inhabit the Congress Ave. Bridge
Spent the last couple of days at ArmadilloCon. We hadnβt actually been planning on this, but at the last minute (Tuesday, we flew out Thursday) we decided to go. So glad we did.
SOS for dinner. Think the last time I had this was in the 1970s,
Expresso Martini. Never had one before. Will definitely have more in the future.
Nice view of the Seattle Convention Center (where Seattle Worldcon in 2025 was held) from the Hyatt Regency Executive Lounge.
Alaska Airlines? Here thereβs really good cheese shop at the N gate.
We got free lounge access at the Seattle Hyatt Regency which beats the hell out of sitting at the airport for several (extra) hours.
Guess whatβs in all those bottles.
Tomorrowβs breakfast.
My grandson loves peas.
Happy 100th Anniversary of the Goodyear Blimp. (Although technically Goodyear only flies Zeppelin NTs currently.)
Today would be my motherβs birthday. Still miss her.
Not a good travel day.
U.S. OUT of North America button from the 1970s
Lots of wind, occasionally very heavy rain. You know, the kind where itβs so heavy you decide to wait in the car for a bit waiting for it to let up a bit. Went to four markets, the first three were closed as the power was out.
