jeopardy figured, why not tap into all of the otakus this weekend?
The Voith-Schneider Propeller is a vertical-axis marine drive whose spinning blades change pitch continuously, letting a ship generate instant thrust in any direction, like a helicopter rotor underwater. Super-maneuverable, perfect for tugs and ferries.
steam machine?

Trying to determine how important anchoring the screen is and whether a puck adds extra fuss.
It'll also be interesting to see what oss software stacks get created in the next few years for these kinds of glasses
I'm not even sure what's out there already
I am partially annoyed by this, because I attempted to do this exact thing when I made the @sig-boba.github.io and @flox.dev accounts, but then I saw this account pop up and we couldn't find the owner
I think some person did this for a bunch of projects though, so it feels off
it's not that many followers
yeah, I should just do this.
my buddy uses a tailnet for windows network shares in his architecture firm
during COVID, they had no office and were able to collab on large files from home
now it's their secure substrate for in-office, travel, and remote access
the free tier and affordable pricing still make no sense to him

even the non tech ppl in my life are using it for personal and business!!
looking at some of the personal display AR glasses -- xreal, viture, and rokid
would be really nice on longhual flights to use the MacBook in clamshell mode
I'm pretty sure we also don't know who owns @fluxcd.bsky.social -- if whoever made that account could get in touch with me, I'd really appreciate it. It should ideally be managed by maintainers and point to fluxcd.io
If it's linear, there's probably still a synthetic effective drop in the draft strength when a hill starts increasing or you go over a crest..
10-15% speed increase on descents while drafting is massive
I wonder if they calculate the volume linearly based on the rider's pitch derivative or if the volume actually follows the changing pitch of the road continuously?

Come listen to some cool stories!
How much cloud compute is used just waiting on cloud python cli's to init?
is the feature list shorter or longer than the deprecations?
I'm not big on awards, but I hope it can inspire other OSS contributors to do the (much needed) work.
Learn, be available, write docs, question the process(es), write code, whatever makes the project move one step forward, no matter how small.
Be consistent but take breaks if needed.
That's all π«‘
omg I would be mortified
