Positive creative outcomes are one of the only things I have. Outside of that is a life with no meaning, other than loving my wife/kids, of course. I’m not ready to exist in a world without meaning, I’m struggling with that concept atm.

Apparently, many happy memories of living a live well loved. If you don’t have that, you’ll always be in deficit and at best - manage the condition. But happiness and true self worth may never come. I’m 43 and many 1000s of pounds into therapy, I’m doing the work. Having a kid who loves me helped?

It’s not just hard, it’s thousands of pounds worth of therapy hard.
