So interesting! I ran the image through AI with some clues, and the most plausible thing in the end was "digestive obstruction." The handwriting is bad though lol.

This. We get emails from folks wanting to help Americans coming to Canada for abortions. But that's not a thing. Tips: Learn about actual needs and practicalities before jumping into anything. Don't duplicate efforts already established by others. Focus on access problems for Canadians first.
