The first t in the second word is very similar to the t in digestive, lending weight to the 'obstruction' theory. Also the word definitely ends with 'tion'

So interesting! I ran the image through AI with some clues, and the most plausible thing in the end was "digestive obstruction." The handwriting is bad though lol.
Correction: ARCC does not submit its own complaints to Ad Standards because we're considered a "special interest group" and those decisions are kept completely confidential by Ad Stardards. Individuals need to make complaints and we help them.
The federal budget failed to include the req't for transparency from unregulated pregnancy centres, sending the signal that protecting reproductive rights from deceptive practices is not a government priority. Please email your MP today using this tool from @bchumanist.ca

Hummingbird with wings spread, trapped against a window indoors (she escaped!)
This little hummer accidentally flew in from my patio and trapped herself against a window. Amazingly, she allowed me to pick her up with both hands and take her to an open window.
A great read. "For Americans, the madness gripping their country is a catastrophe. For non-Americans, it is an accidental revolution. This Independence Day, the world is declaring its independence from the US."
My new co-authored paper! We explore the historical roots of "conscientious objection" in healthcare and find an unprincipled basis for its introduction. Today, the practice undermines patient autonomy and health and costs lives. We propose strategies for phasing out belief-based care denial.
Poilievre is a cheater and self-centred prick. He should have done the honourable thing as Singh did and immediately resigned. Instead, he's stealing someone else's seat just to stay in power.
I founded the Abortion Rights Coalition of Canada 20 years ago today. We launched it at a side meeting during the National Abortion Federation conference in Montreal.
It's been an amazing 20 years! Couldn't have done it without the support and commitment of many others. www.arcc-cdac.ca
My co-authored article was just published. It's open access. In the article, we note the evidence against belief-based care denial, refute fallacies in the views that support the practice, and recommend measures to reduce the number of care deniers over time.
Canada's response to America.
Cancelled my NYT subscription. Last straw. Thank you for your invaluable work Jessica.

My new hoodie just arrived!
This. We get emails from folks wanting to help Americans coming to Canada for abortions. But that's not a thing. Tips: Learn about actual needs and practicalities before jumping into anything. Don't duplicate efforts already established by others. Focus on access problems for Canadians first.
Facebook is impenetrable, but after clicking around a bit on the suspended page and trying to find a different way to post something, I got this message.
If you want to follow Global Abortion Rights news, please follow my new page! I just switched it from Facebook after a suspension of the whole page because it "goes against our Community Standards" #prochoice
