Not unless they release a blue version of the Netflix or SS86 mold.

Only four of the basic (all silver visor and mask) B-Scout heads in the Walmart Retro Card colors are left for ordering. As well, only two of the light piped purple visor version for Lady Bug. There will be no further productions made, then what is stated for each version's run!

Someone confirmed that the SS86 Bee has the same neck ball joint as the Legacy Bee. I'll try to pick one up this weekend, and show it off.

I don't own the mold. I've had people ask, and I'm sure soon, someone will be able to confirm if they have the same neck joint.
