A whole generation who really REALLY need counselling and will never get it.

Its hard to stay calm. I have to remember that she was essentially beaten at school, and beaten at home. And it was seen as totally normal. Its wild. But also makes her very very difficult to talk to or help.

I’ve watched my mum decend into anxiety after my dad passed. And she is always on the defence. Thinks any minor mention of something wrong is me accusing her of something. Made me dinner with peas, I say I can’t eat them, loses it.
