Hows yr stretching routine? Mine’s terrible & i pay the price with restless legs and terrible full range of movement, but even a few weeks of more regular stretching is helping me gain flexibility especially back of the knees & groin. Also i find lunges & deadlifts great for hamstring muscle memory
