My God did you read the Nashville Scene interview? She says that we have officers in all 95 counties. In English, that means we know people there.
I would also invite you to go to county party socials for information on the events you insist aren't happening.
I told you earlier in this thread. The money hasn't been spent because the election hasn't happened. If you'd like more detail about the plan, there will be a public meeting of the executive committee on Aug. 18.

-Attend government meetings like Metro council and state legislature.
-Getting involved in your county party (they have a website and public meetings), or other progressive organization
-Follow the news media for reports on candidate announcements
-Search for things like "Democrats in Tennessee"
-Sign up for communications and tolerate necessary fundraising asks
