Thank you! I'm basically just trying to pick up all the pieces after my life kinda fell apart in the past 6 months or so.
I have really let myself fall back into bad habits in the past ~6 months and I think its time to dial everything back in again.
Now that I've seen all of the films nominated for Best Picture this year, I'm honestly impressed by the overall quality. I personally really enjoyed them all, although I can understand how not everyone would feel the same way.
I need to check it out again tomorrow and see if they have done anything noticeable. I know when I checked my watchlist or whatever its called on there, I could only see a few rows worth of movies and then it would repeat them endlessly when I scrolled.
I'm kinda hoping that maybe it is a work in progress to some degree, but yeah the state of the film info right now is pretty sad.

I always figured that as an actor that was probably awesome. All of your lines in the script have your actual name by them and people refer to you by your actual name.
I've only used it via the website, but I think it looks generic and generally terrible. The one sentence synopsis and almost nothing else on each movie is not great either. At least when I was looking the other day, older movies didn't even show the release year.
Considering that people are already apparently making a killing with AI generated influencers on places like Instagram and OnlyFans adjacent platforms, I don't think the younger generation is going to be smart enough to know or care.
I liked it a lot! Very bleak movie with some darkly comedic moments throughout. I've seen a lot of people online say "I love this movie and I never want to see it again" if that tells you anything.

This is how I spent my day post #FThisMovieFest. A hell of a double feature, but I enjoyed both quite a bit.
Pruning my feed a bit to make it a bit more tolerable to look at on a more frequent basis. So far, so good.
It definitely feels like an evolution of that character.

I definitely don't think it will have the same magic, but I do feel like I need to give it another look either way. It was the only movie from last night that I had never seen, but even the others it had all been so long that I barely remembered them.

I feel more hopeful and positive this morning than I have in months, even despite the insane lack of sleep. Now I just need to figure out how to keep this going.
The worst part about #FThisMovieFest is the day after when I remember that the fest is over and I have to go back to watching movies by myself again.
Forgot about the time change and went to bed at almost 2am. Woke up when my alarm went off at "6am" and was in for a literal rude awakening.
