The NYC Bike Messenger Association is planning a critical mass ride to protest the NYPD's criminal summons crackdown.

"We’re to obey ALL traffic laws to prove a point," an organizer tells me. "Ride in the bike lane if possible. Do not retaliate or act in aggression. Stop at all red lights."
