I’m a coward. I see stuff I should speak up on, but I’ve been so conditioned as a young child to not speak up, to not rock the boat and that still has a tight grip on me as an adult. I’m a frog who knows the pot is boiling yet I’m to scared to get out of the water.

Not quite. I am the creator who designed and drew that first drawing of her, and then 2 other vendors at the con drew her, but I myself didn’t vend/attend Vanhoover.
My machine is covered in more stickers since taking those photos, but really, seeing a laptop, water bottle w/e sticker bombed is quite complicated and me who’s about to turn 34 soon. People don’t really care, [we’re] so engrossed in our own bubbles to notice and when we do, rarely do [we] comment
My sewing machine is covered in stickers. I even have one hidden one that says “Fuck you” on the panel where the bobbin and bobbin case are. To give it a voice, run out of thread? FU. Thread jams? FU etc. Just took it in to be serviced warned the guy it was there and he found it hilarious!
