been through a really tough time lately again been betrayed by people who I thought never would hurt me an now been put on sick as my depression has got to breaking point too .. sometimes I wish I could just switch off my feelings.

I’ve learned a lot going to counselling but most of all I’ve learned for the longest time I’ve been very hard on myself an that’s a sad truth but the learning is to take everyday as they come an be your own best friend an say “hey it’s ok to not be ok” just keep going the sun will still shine.
