with just as many "It's not Roast Beef but Raffel Brothers." The first provides evidence against an examiner to show that many consumers DON'T equate R.B. with Roast Beef. The second shows evidence that the initials don't refer to Roast Beef. Even the replies here show it too. (2/2)
Former Examiner here, from that perspective there's not enough to refuse if examining today. Per TMEP 1209.03(h) the R.B. must refer to Roast Beef, and readily be understood as referring to that. I need to provide evidence for both. Searching today, I see a lot of "Today I Learned" posts . . . (1/2)
