It took me three episodes to realize the theme of the OP animation is visual illusions and perspective, including the illusion of motion in animation going as far back as zoetropes.
And also this has such a great depiction of teens, I'm obsessed.

I'm actually crazy about the dub for You and I are Polar Opposites, it suits the vibes really well! Normally with down to earth stories with Japanese characters I prefer subs, but there's a pop-y aesthetic and cartoonishness that suits English dubbing.
