A strong sense of belonging is also associated with a smaller difference in first birth probabilities based on distance from parents (30+ min).
Among long-distance movers (4km+), those with high belonging have similar first birth probabilities as short-distance movers.
We find that individuals with a higher sense of belonging are more likely to become parents particularly for people who changed residence in the previous 4 years.
