You have to go on nearly to Foxlake Adventures, they’re in the field right before the Foxlake entrance, hard to see from the road but there’s a lay-by (P) just opposite the field, not always there as someone has been shooting in the area

Heart-stopping moment at Port Seton as a small white gull appeared among the general feeding frenzy in icy-cold NE gale; but seems to be a leucistic Black-headed Gull, no doubt same as reported in December, thanks to SW for info NB black outer trailing edges to wings @birdinglothian.bsky.social

Took my partner to Golden Jubilee Hospital today and managed a quick walk down to the Clyde to find a superb American Wigeon coming out of eclipse plumage, no camera alas as quite approachable #clydebirding

Best day than I've had for a long time, Cory's N then S in the morning at Barns Ness, White-rumped Sandpiper at Thortonloch early afternoon, not sure that it's the same bird as Kevin's which I didn't really see - last pic shows long wings for its long migration @birdinglothian.bsky.social
