The Sticker Distribution Game A global coordination game to bring people together for in-person events.

This gives people a reason to attend events they would not otherwise attend, and it gives us a low-stakes way to practice coordinating as a collective.

The idea is to distribute stickers by coordinating rendezvous points at events where people who want stickers can meet with people who have stickers, and then stickers can traverse the globe by relaying stickers between people as they travel from place to place.

Now I want to get stickers to everyone around the globe who wants one, but do it in a way that echoes the spirit of the drawing itself through person-to-person connection.

Later, I printed some stickers and tweeted about bringing them to the weekly Seattle tpot office hours event. It was a hit! People who otherwise would not have come to the event decided to attend in order to get a sticker.
