I had anticipated.So wasn't even surprised. My appointment was partly going to be please don't discharge me as it appears if nothing else I am finding this whatever it is helpful in thinking about idea of self care.
The support of a helpful psychiatrist. Helpful psychiatrist like many people I suspect sick today. I managed with appointment cancelled. It appears what is helpful is having access to support if Dave needs it .

Masking autism is minimizing or hiding your physical traits of autism. Like learning how to minimize your stims or not talk about your special interests.
Internalizing autism is what happens after you mask (sometimes, not always)...
