I dislike the opinion that yoga is always a reprieve. In the right circumstances, it can be.
But when we are conditioned to push further, extend the streak, the yoga addiction can turn toxic.
When it's part of your job, it's even harder to find balance, and it's time to take care differently.

Jealous of the views and shorts weather!
Same reasons: no people, no cars, no smoking.
But another major reason I love trails is the wildlife. Nothing beats spotting a moose or a fox cub in their element.
