Hello! Miss you and Benedict and myself when I was 30 years old
Nobody told me that celebrating my birthday, starting a new job, getting an uni scolarship AND starting classes in the spam of two weeks would make me so busy
Thank you very much, Lucy! β€οΈβ€οΈ
Thank you so much, Ele!! π
Thank you so much, Ele! ππ
So happy! Grateful!! Excited!!
GOT A FULL TIME JOOOOOOB πΊπ»πΊπ»πΊπ»πΊπ»πΊπ»
I WILL START THIS MONDAY ππ»ππ»ππ»
WHICH HAPPENS TO BE MY BIRTHDAAAAAAAAYYYY
only individual clips of the variety and audible interviews (I think there will be two)
Still nothing from the Indiewire. I believe we might get them later
nothing screams adulthood more than having a therapy appointment on my own birthday π
My pleasure!
So that's what all the buzzing in my ears were about, thought it was a mosquito! :P
Jokes aside, it's a pleasure, Ele β€οΈ
here we go
it's yours to use <3 if reposting, I'd appreciate a shout out because it took me some time but no pressure π

So yeah. I think he sounded wiser not only because he's grown as a person. I truly believe grief has a lot of responsability on who he is now and promoting a movie about it probably is making his feelings even more raw than they've been at this stage.
I lost my father at 6 and my grandmother's grief was... devastating. Being Wanda's only son now, I wouldn't be surprised if they grew even closer and he turned to be her main supporter. Which is wonderful for her, if he has, but is another weight on top of the pain you're already in.
Grief changes you. I'm sure Benedict has lost friends and family members before but losing someone close to you like your parents or your sibling is... different. It crushes you and it makes you feel lost no matter how many people try to bring you back. Not only that, there was also Wanda's grief
I didn't want to mention it on our conversation on X but... I think one of the reasons he sounded so much wiser in this interview is probably because this is Benedict after losing his sister. Like I said, back in 21 everything was too raw and he was too busy. But now enough time has passed.
yeah I too make this face way too much on my line of work, Benedict
Benedict Cumberbatch is in his no f**** to give stage of life and Iβm here for it. We all get there eventually.
Of the many things I am feeling today this is what I would like to express the most ππ»ππ»ππ»
Iβm sending lots of love to all of you in the US today. I wish I could hug every single one of you. π
Still can't believe that staying at home and doing what I love is actually my job now. Like. I don't think it will ever get old.
so many plans, so little time (management skills)
do I have enough stuff to talk about in two platforms tho
like all I do is take adhd meds, design stuff, curse my adhd, study and get no shit done
I wish the fandom could move to bsky, I truly don't fancy on going back to X once it works here again.
God, I hope so, I think bluesky has a lot of potential and the people responsible for it seem pretty adamant on keeping the far right nut jobs away from here, making it easier for us to report them and to ignore them, as we should
Their response to the Brazilian far right crowds had been satisfying
Exactly. Kinda feels like missing all the fun.
Yeah, I think so, too. And bsky still doesn't have a lot of features we are used to on Twitter, which makes it harder for them to move here
I don't miss Twitter, at all.
But gosh, I do miss my fandom and my friends who aren't here π₯Ί
