What's the equivalent of a sticker for grownups? My 6 year old is an unenthusiastic walker. School offers a sticker for walking to school as part of their 🌳 net zero work, and he practically runs. Hit me with the adulting equivalent, so I can get reviewer 2 to submit.

Did a follow-up interview today with an organisation @csr-michael.bsky.social + I spoke to in 23' in the course of our research. Unprompted, they said participating in our work directly lead them to develop their strategy and get buy-in to do more to combat modern slavery. Felt ridiculously good.
I have the solution to the HE funding crisis. Adopt the Royal Mail approach. You can pay the basic fee, but the university does not guarantee it will deliver the teaching within the time frame of the degree, but those who pay double will have guaranteed delivery of teaching and assessment.
