I'm going to be at Vancoufur this weekend, just to let people know!
"Hey Modern, why do you like speedrunning Sonic 06?"
Stuff like this can happen, this is why.
Trying something new, Puffy water filled talons anyone?
Super exciting!
I'm trying to sleep, but I'm thinking of math and other related stuff instead!
I both like, and dislike my adhd.
Sometimes it can be a super power, sometimes it results in laying in bed for 4 hours trying to sleep because I'm thinking of... cool stuff to make.
So, I got @sapah.bsky.social 's tugcord asset working in Resonite, Just a cool little project.
Finally got dual-sided transparency to render properly in water. Transparency is pain to deal with.
There were no tools, no Resonite Essentials, so I had to smuggle tools from another universe.
I made an avatar of an inspector panel of Xiexe Toon Material.
We then proceeded to make the tutorial world pizza, and cause all sorts of chaos.
Yup, completely normal things.
This is probably one of the dumbest things i've ever made. A VRChat OSC app that makes your eyes go crazy.
Really why I did this though is because I wanted to learn how to make an OSC app.
A tired, lounging balloon Lumistera.
This is what a tired balloon looks like.
I use EndeavourOS, however, I'm typing this at 4 am when I'm about to sleep.
A Ryzen 7 5800x3d CPU at mostly full utilization visualized in btop.
I bought the whole CPU, so I'm going to use the whole CPU.
I'm trying to make people aware of a github issue I made, that addresses this.
I think I'll do a temporary less good fix in the meantime. (Using buttons instead.)
But, please upvote this issue if you can by reacting to it with a thumbs up! github.com/Yellow-Dog-M...
-feel like my system is incredibly jank, and if I released it, I feel like it's going to cause problems for everyone, because it's virtually parenting things to everyone's hands in a session and I really don't like that, but that's how I have to do it. It also interferes with people trying to build.
So I've been trying to release the balloonie lumistera resonite package, but there's an issue.
I ended up coding an entire avatar interaction system for it because basically, Resonite doesn't have the features I need to make it fully seamless, so I ended up implementing it myself.
However, I-
Indeed, I can confirm.
experience on Linux? I thought this wouldn't be the case, but lo and behold, the results speak for themselves.
I can safely say that using an AMD GPU on Linux honestly runs more stable then it does on Windows.
I've had plenty of driver crashes on Windows and I've come to the conclusion that Mesa drivers are just flat out more stable then the official amd drivers on Windows.
Like, how am I getting a better
-people may find some of it boring, but I just love doing whatever.
Like, for an example, I recently have been learning how to make Unity/Resonite UI and it's been really fun, and I've been messing around with Udon and ProtoFlux.
Would people be interested in seeing my random projects?
Something weird: I work on a lot of things that I never really show because I kind of think things need a certain level of quality for me to be posting them, but I do other things besides balloon stuff.
I want to post a bunch of random projects I've been doing but I think that many-
Round comfy balloon yinglet. Kind of a neat shape.
Happy new year everyone!
The reason why it was so bumpy for me though is because I was doing really weird non standard stuff, but I did that to myself.
I guess I installed EndeavorOS.
This took 7 hours for me to install, and I broke my bootloader a few times, but uh.
I guess I can say the meme and say I use arch (kind of) now, lol.
Very cute!
Okay unity.
Random question, do you guys enjoy the stuff I make? What "stands out" about what I make to you?
Honestly, I feel like I truthfully don't know what I'm doing, but I make stuff anyway, lol.
But I'm curious to hear what people think.
I wanted to sleep on the bed but I drank too much water. Oh no! Anyway... Uh, I might need some help.
Hello there :o
Ah yes, it's the "My GPU is dying" shader.
