The most persistent myth that denies people access to care with ADHD that I have seen is:
"People who are successful in their careers are not negatively affected by their ADHD."
What they are doing to manage staying on top of things is often horrifying, but many are denied before this context.

This hatred was gradually developed by humans. From ideas, words, stereotypes & prejudice through legal exclusion, dehumanization & escalating violence... to systematic and industrial murder.
Auschwitz took time.
An incredible set of people to follow. I am resisting the urge to hook up my brain to the whole firehose because I'm already on the edge of overwhelm all the time, but delighted to find some familiar folx on this list.
Dems would get much more traction finding and promoting people saying what they know and experience.
