This is only running once.
5 school leaders.
1 to 1 check-in.
3 practical AI strategy sessions.
Iβve spent 3 years helping schools lead AI with clarity.
Now I want to test something new.
Want in? Apply here: www.inanded.com/aistrategylab
New from Ofsted: AI won't be inspected directly. But if students or staff are using it, leaders need to know how, why and what the impact is.
The biggest risk? Doing nothing.
Get to know the tools. Audit the risks. Take responsibility.

Imagine an agentic AI that can run for years. Decades even. Relentlessly trying to solve a single problem.
What if that problem was creating the perfect worksheet for A-Level Computer Science⦠and I'm the agent? I've been running for nearly 42 years.
The prompt theory is real, people.
Going live for 30 mins to see if I can help 5 people next week. Inspired by @simonsquibbβs advice to give back each week.

After a few days of waiting to pack all this in. A solid massage sorted out my head space.
You lead a school. AI just landed on your desk.
Youβre expected to innovate and protect β at the same time.
π AI in Education: An EU AI Act Guide is here to help:
β
Know the risks
β
Lead with confidence
β
Act now, stay safe

AI learns from data. Humans learn from experience, intuition, and understanding. Thatβs the difference. #AIvsHumanIntelligence
I'm posting here as zero people from my school are here. This is not a rant, but will sound like one π
We did an in school workload calculation and I'm on 130%, and that is not taking into consideration all the AI stuff I do on the side.
In short...no wonder I'm tired π₯±
Thinking about AI in schools? You need the right foundation.
β Tech that works

AI in Education: A Student's Handbook hit #5 on one Amazon Best Sellers list and #3 on another! Plus, The Educatorβs Handbook also reached #5 on a separate list.
Honoured to see my books alongside authors like @theaieducator.io & @emollick.bsky.social
Mainly just helped if I needed something troubleshooting. Sauce bot thickening, timers, and generla Q&A while cooking. Gemini doesn't have love vision so had to describe my issues. I can imagine that will come soon.
Curious minds don't need to dive inβthey just start asking questions. Answers lead to exploration, and that's where the magic happens.
Had the house to myself today, so I tried out the Santa voice mode on ChatGPT while making cauliflower cheese. It was like having a virtual sous-chef! Even switched to vision mode for tips when my sauce wouldnβt thicken.
I will let you be the judge.
At a school event yesterday, some students told me they've been watching my TikTok channel on AI. Iβd honestly forgotten about it, I stopped posting when life got hectic. But hearing that made me think... maybe Christmas break is a good time to bring it back.
AI in Education: A Student's Handbook has just made it onto an Amazon bestsellers list (currently at #8)!!
Thank you everyone for your support!
In the last 48 hours, someone ordered 120 copies of AI in Education and Educators Handbook! Likely a school (or a few) in the USA.
Iβd love to connect with them to offer training and support.
Any leads? Let me know! π
