When using one of the new dyes, you will be able to select which of the included colors to apply. The number of available colors will remain the same. The dyes being consolidated into the new base dyes will no longer obtainable.

Dyes will be consolidated into three basic groups.

A = 85 dayes from the 2.x patch series.
B = 9 dyes from Ishgardian Restoration
C = 11 dyes from Cosmic Exploration

This categorization does not apply to dyes that can be purchased from the Online store and dyes of corresponding colors.

The armoire will be updated to include: all job-specific (artifact) gear and all gear from dungeons introduced in 7.x patches. They are also going to gradually roll out the ability to store gear from earlier dungeons and the ability as well as store them as outfit glamour.

The final Cosmic Exploration destination will be "Auxesia" exoplanet.

Due to the large volume of resources Beastmaster has needed, Yoshida apologies that they will need to push back the next Blue Mage update. They know players have been looking forward to the next Blue Mage update, and they will still come, but the priority was implementing Beastmaster.

Players will be able to "nuture their beasts" in the 'Crucible of the Unbroken', a "dedicated single-player experience" that is unlike any previous content in Final Fantasy XIV so far.

The Beastmaster will weaken bests in the wild before attempting to capture them and "up to 50 types of beasts can be tamed". Capturing beasts will complete your "Master's Bestiary". All beasts can be captured through solo play & you can call upon them to walk beside you.

The Beastmaster will allow you to "capture beasts and call upon them to fight at your side." Beastmasters use a one-handed axe and are a melee DPS role. They will start at Level 1 when unlocked and cap at Level 50. Job quests will be available upon release.

A new limited job will be added: Beastmaster.

A new trial will be added versus Enuo, who first appeared in Final Fantasy V Advance (2006). An Extreme difficulty version of this trial will also be implemented.

'Echoes of Vana'diel' collaboration will conclude with 'Windurst: The Third Walk' alliance raid.

Yoshida teases you will fight the character seen that has their back to the camera in the second image here. The team is quite proud of the foliage and texture work in this duty.

A new instanced dungeon will be added: 'The Clyteum'. This duty will be featured in the 7.5 main scenario quest.

'Inconceivably Further Hildibrand Adventures' will conclude.

A capstone quest will be added for those who have completed all three Dawntrail allied society quest lines.

Final Fantasy XIV Patch 7.5 "Trail to the Heavens" revealed. As usual, the .5 Patch will be split into two major parts. This time, however, there will be more time between the two major parts. "There is a big reason for this but we can't share."
