Please hang in there. This too will pass. I have survived a lifetime of clinical depression (with meds) It will get better, trust me. I vividly remember some of my worst episodes. But I trudged through it everytime, somehow. Fill you days with routines, find distractions, do sports or a hobby

It's a pro cycling race held annually in the Adelaide area. I'm a day or two behind, streaming the stages, because they are usually 4+ hours long. They had to shorten the stage I'm watching, which is around willunga, due to the heat.

If you subscribe to a VPN (virtual private network) such as Nord, Surfshark, etc. You can switch your internet address (set by your internet service provider) from a US city to another big city anywhere else in the world - reset it to a UK city
