We've been targeting distributors in our recent US efforts. But working with big residential developers makes sense too. I'd love to hear more about what you're up to on this front!
Definitely promoting that where possible. Vancouver has had great success simply requiring heat pumps instead of air conditioners.
The way consumer-level incentives can complicate the selling process are a major reason we've been fighting for *upstream* heat pump incentives that target the supply chain.
Despite the continued increase in emissions, I feel more optimistic than when I began working on climate a decade ago. Technology is a big part of that.
