Hope he found some great stuff in Bimini! So glad that it happened for them, the show asks a LOT of Jay, doesn't it? #GhostsCBS

Loving it at the halfway mark---wheels within wheels... #GhostsCBS
Me too! One of my favorite parts of the week, ignoring the last few minutes of GEORGE AND MANDY waiting for #GhostsCBS!
Probably wants to keep peoples' minds off the whole idea of children tonight...
Look, it's not like I'm not happy for these folks to get medals, but this must be a record for Slotnicks at a SOTU. #SOTU
Ew describing the gushing blood of the helicopter pilot--we have imaginations Donnie
Exactly! What did Irina Zarutska being pretty have to do with anything? And she was killed by an American.

Zero-sum thinking! Lift Every Voice complements the Star-Spangled Banner, the national anthem for nearly a century, for a sizable minority, and does not replace it. Heh, Key's poem is set to an old English pub song: "And long may the Sons of Anacreon entwine/ The myrtle of Venus with Bacchus' vine!"
Heh, yeah, Egg has five siblings, four of them boys. The oldest, Daeron, is a dreamer but not the three-eyed raven. He dies around 233 of a "pox" before his father. Brynden is from another branch; nice simple family tree here: awoiaf.westeros.org/index.php/Da...

Rev. Jesse Jackson once stood on Sesame Street and led children in a simple call and response:
βI am somebody.β
Today we remember a man who spent his life insisting that dignity belongs to everyone, especially the children.
Rest in power, Rev. Jesse Jackson. Your voice is still teaching.
Me too, read the novella in the library back in 2000. They pulled it off, those magnificent bastards. One of the great shocks of the TV season.
Speaking and singing in Dothraki, at least according to the closed captioning! Love how they're fleshing him out... π
Indeed, good observation!
As someone who became Sullied in the reading room of the Cambridge Public Library around 2000, I've been anticipating that scream ever since this fine, better than it has any right to be show was a twinkle in HBO's eye. Well done and welcome to the trauma ward! #KOTSK
Agreed! As someone innocently sullied years by reading the novella long before even GOT was a TV show, I've been holding my tongue for weeks as people gush (deservedly) over a certain character. As HotD did with Viserys, seeing a role done with fine writing and acting added to the poignancy.
Yep. She is the only person Ned banned for life from shopping at the Leftorium like the rest of us.
Was that Maestro Gustavo Dudamel conducting the classical part?
Shout out to Canada! As if all the flags in procession right before that weren't a clue to the celebration of our long barely joined continents and the many islands in between
Lots of sugarcane stalks to clear up! But I loved Benito''s journey through the Latino communities and their lives.
Good time for me to do anything else, not interested in anything he has to say!
I'm from NYC and yeah, many of the scenes like the stores and the modest wedding and the old guys playing dominoes are quite true to life!
Hurricane Maria recovery was such a terrible scandal; even though I didn't understand the Spanish I knew right away what Benito was referring to! #BadBunny
Thanks! I picked up phrases here and there but couldn't make out the theme. Looking forward to see a full translation soon, but this Irish Bronx girl is proud right now of what I just saw!
NBC is doing its best to CC the Latin hymn Cecilia Bartoli is singing and its not doing it well. Oh well, it's only been sung there since 1958, and it's not like Latin is from the country they're currrently in #WinterOlympics
Hey, at least an American can talk without getting booed! (OK, yeah, dual citizen of SA)
Yeah...lots of modern dancing that could be taking place in any nation in the world...and I'm so glad that NBC isn't giving us Yanks any subtitles or explanations of what is going on except "the theme of peace." #WinterOlympics
