Here’s Fischer’s homer.
Here’s Fischer’s homer.
Andrew Fischer is 2-for-2 with a homer for Italy today.
Who is getting like a double rack of congas into a baseball game lol
That finish was beautiful. Not the hardest thing in the world but he made it look so easy
Logan Webb looks like Jesse Plemons
I dunno if I count… but I am here along with @brewcrewball.bsky.social
who doesn't?
This is why smart teams like the Brewers want to start spring training with 8 viable starters
Does Aaron Rodgers count? He’s got all sorts of things going on but insecurity seems to be at the root of many of them
Dang those last two passes from Tonali 🤌
Also "Paul Skenes already has more career WAA than [Jack] Morris" yikes
Honestly a little jealous that I've never used a Mozart/DeGrom comparison while writing before
So I don't know if there's anything to this because I'm not a scout, but... I feel like the isolated video of Made here and in the triple he hit earlier he doesn't look that great, like he's a little off balance... and then it's a 101 mph single.
I think that's a good thing!
It’s spring! Let’s be optimistic. About baseball, at least.
I feel strongly that if you’re gonna do it you gotta do it all the way
Writing about this but the same projections that have the Twins at 79 have the Brewers at 80.5
Imagine that lineup with Hamilton, Ortiz, and Perkins all on the same day. Ghastly.
Thank you this is much clearer
“Serious but stable condition” means something. So does “she is banged up but ultimately doing okay.” You need a condition in order for that condition to be stable.
The term “stable condition” is a good example of people trying to use smart language that instead demolishes meaning. You know what the most stable condition is? Being dead! Which is obviously not what they mean.
Brewers history pieces are cool
Yeah lol those two things MIGHT be related
I always knew Christian McCaffery and my mother-in-law were alike
Amazing player, forgotten because he missed years for the war, had a career that ended early because of injuries, and played in the same outfield as Joe DiMaggio.
Two things:
1. Ted Williams lol
2. Charlie Keller might be the best player you’ve never heard of
Also very funny to me that the "increased payroll flexibility" of trading away Robert was used on a relief pitcher who had -1.8 bWAR last season
I was also like 4 or 5 when I first saw Home Alone so it was easy to just be like “mom”
I was trying to explain to someone today that her Home Alone character was, in my brain, the "best" movie mom of all time. Which immediately sounds very funny because... she leaves her kid at home when she goes on vacation. But she's THE movie mom for me.
