In both instances, President Trump and his supporters clearly define who counts as 'the people,' their enemies, the system, the corruption of the system by the people's enemies, and the confrontation necessary to right the ship.

While the first Trump administration and its supporters did not express much interest in the ‘pro-woman’ frame, the far right has since adapted the frame and is using it to discourage contraception use and demonize trans people in the name of ‘protecting women.’
It isn't a coincidence that conservative outlets are publishing more and more pieces like this one. As abortion bans drive the maternal death rate up, they need to make women dying seem palatable—positive, even!
