The U.S. war on Iran is now estimated to cost $1 billion per day. Meanwhile Americans are told there’s no money for healthcare, hospitals, or basic social programs.

They are pretty well informed, but I am sure it is a mix of both. It is mostly the 18-year-old who feels this way. He sees other countries as doing some things better than we do (healthcare, criminal justice, etc) but I don’t think he sees any sort of roadmap for ours to get there

The White House wants an extra $50 billion to fund Trump’s illegal war.

That’s on top of the Pentagon’s $1T budget — which Trump is trying to boost to $1.5T.

Remember that over half of defense spending flows to private corporations and the Pentagon has failed eight financial audits in a row.

Buried in the "fog of war" are reports that 47,635 files were removed from the Epstein files that were made public by the Justice Department in accordance with the Transparency Act..

A handful of Republicans could end all of this. And there are quite a few who hate this war, masked terrorists in our cities, flouting of Congress, corruption, etc.

But unless they prove otherwise they’re all cowards.
