Interesting.So,Ekitike Wirtz Isak + Szobo + 2 full backs on either side could be the attacking dynamics with lots of rotations.Exciting tbh
But wouldn't we need a 1v1 threat or elite wingplay in several games?? Do lacking true winger profiles hurt us?

Gravenberch and Macca are not doing us any good in deep buildups,which in turn limits Wirtz.With Curtis,Wirtz has been playing good and we as a team are progressing the ball better.
Agree with the off the ball concerns.Also,Grav should rise to the levels he showed last season as a destroyer.

But,like you mentioned Isak is a guarantee.Gets you 20+ goals.
That will leave us with a less of a dynamism on the Left Wing.But I believe Slot will set up in the best possible way to maximise the attacking dynamics.

Given the Barcola links are everywhere,will you be happy with missing out on isak for barcola??
(I believe Isak to Liverpool will be done btw)

Yep,I do agree with you on Gakpo,he's not a winger.His ballstriking is elite and it fetches goals.
But I feel there'll be a time when slot takes gakpo out of the first 11 and tries to make Ekitike-Isak-Salah the preferred front 3 with Wirtz operating in behind.

What do you think will be the most used front 3 if/when isak signs??

He easily could thrive in this liverpool team.Smart runs and decent ballstriking will fetch us many goals.Has that tenacity to his game that I adore

Yeah and he's not that bad at taking on players 1v1.Has efficient dribbling in him. Most don't prefer him by stating he sucks at dribbling.

I,too on the same boat but don't think we are spending on top of Isak and a cb

Need him for next summer and it is super important for us to get a deal in place much earlier because the likes of city will be of interest given the possible outgoings next summer.

Grav and Szobo for me.Grav is better at receiving from deep and his carrying will help us more when we have Wirtz as #10.

It's clear we are interested in him.But can't see we going for him in this window.Also hoping he doesn't move to other club this summer
