WTF Netflix. Trying to cancel/pause my Netflix account...and there's no mention of cancelling anywhere on the Account/Membership page. You have to search the help options to find that there is a dedicated URL just for canceling (/cancelplan) and this is not found anywhere via account management.

Despite the general dumpster fire of modern life, 2024 was a reset year for me personally, which included starting a new solo design practice while also focusing on mental and physical health. Let me tell you, none of it was a cakewalk. Self care is haaaard as a 47yo.
