People know at this point that covid isn't really a respiratory infection right? It's an infection that happens to spread via respiratory systems but that causes system wide inflammation. The flu is a respiratory infection. It sticks to your lungs for the most part. Covid doesn't.

Yeah it usually makes me restless and unable to focus, mostly invisible symptoms except my eyelid will swell up at it worst. I have some luck relieving tension w lymphatic massage starting on my skull &shoulders, follow the tender points on your skull downward. Makes my joints feel very crackly.
Have you looked into cluster headaches/cervicogenic headaches. My hyper mobility is worse on my period, makes joints looser/muscles tighter, especially starting deep in my shoulders, pulling on my skull. usually feel like my eyeball is being crushed/mostly one sided Eustachian tube issue/jaw pain.
