Today, this song and...it made me cry. Yes, I am recovering from breaking my femur on a hike 12/31. Surgery on 01/02..rehab. Now home in a snow storm. Walking to TV news. Overwhelming. Lies. So, music. S&G I cried. We've lost America. Can we ever find America?

So, you might know I walk a lot. Gorgeous morning 12/31. Friend called asked if I wanted to walk Bro and his dogs at wonderful old past farm by water. I wanted 217 miles for Dec and said only need 1.24 miles. I'm sharing my tracker. I had already done the early walk. Then, on a trail, I fell!

I don't know why I didn't watch West Wing when it was on..Might have been busy, job, daughter, husband..life. But, now, I loved it..funny that they discussed get rid of the penny in 1999! But, the sets made me sad. First news I saw was DT, Mar A Lago, Ukraine. Turned it off. My head in the sand?

I've gone quiet also. No news..what would be new? "HE" did something terrible but no consequence. Yes, I watched all 7 seasons of West Wing! IK a show and missed the real look of the WH. I thought,DT doesn't know history, geography, etc.Who IS the U.S. leader? DT doesn't read.Morning briefings? WHO?

I just have a cell. I also review #s and if they leave a message I'll listen but then block & delete if it's nothing I care about..say, siding for a place I don't own. As for the night, I plug the phone into a charger so the phone is on the nightstand.

Were tangerines supposedly special? Not an orange which we would have anytime. Our little town had a movie in our theater and Santa came. I remember getting an orange there and a "golden book". I think he was the Post Master in really life.
