I got a letter.
Best guess is that my last name on voter registration (O'Keefe) doesn't match DMV records (OKeefe).
Why? DMV didn't allow apostrophes when I got my driver's license <mumble> years ago.
How the voter registration (from DMV data) added the apostrophe is a mystery for another day.

In related news, judges *must* start holding AUSAs in contempt (and then locking them up) if we want this to stop without more bloodshed.

Usually, they involve missing flights because I'm running late or decided to grab food. In the real world, my only misconnections have been 100% airline-inflicted.
On the rare occasion that I remember a dream, it's usually a travel freakout.
This time, I was negotiating with the Stuttgart Airport Mövenpick front desk because I checked out but forgot my carry-on in the room. Also, I couldn't remember the room number and they wouldn't let me back in without it.

Just got a reasonably convincing scam call from someone purporting to be with the Durham County Sheriff's Office, alleging I missed federal jury duty and a bench warrant had been issued for my arrest
Guy had me almost worried for a solid 2-3 minutes
They even did up a fake warrant to text me!
