I have so many photos from last year's orchidphilia show because the colours and shapes blew my mind ๐คฏ
QRP with your skull art.
A slipper orchid with a tall heart shaped top white petal with vertical pink stripes rises above a dark maroon cup with two side petals drooping down beside it that change from green withbrown stripes to pink with white stripes. It sits on a stem above green mottled leaves.

Is there any chance monolith is for sale?
It's cool to see places I know. Great work.
Painting of hoya flowers and buds on a hoya vine with leaves on black paper. The flowers have five white petals with pink centers and the buds look like origami lucky stars.
Small piece on paper.

Digital art of a pale woman in an orange gown looking out a stone tower window. Her face is contorted by a ring of large, brown mushrooms surrounding one tired eye, and mycelium hair streams down from her head and the window.

A landscape page with a pale green background and two illustrations of Ginkgo on it. On the left is an inaccurate one with leaves coming directly from a branch. On the right is an accurate one with clusters extending from short shoots.
I, too, would like to have a go at the new Spinosaurus soon, but in the meantime:
Here's a slide from my recent talk, which covers the DOs and DON'Ts of restoring ginkgoes within palaeoart!
Enjoy! #Ginkgo #FossilFriday #paleobotany #paleoart #SciComm
