I’d be curious to know what folks who aren’t politically engaged thought about the imagery and Samuel L Jackson’s commentary, for sure.
I feel the need to rewatch, check the lyrics, etc. because I trust there are layers.
Art matters.
Art is a powerful means of speaking truth to power.
When it seems the powerless are being silenced, artists, musicians, writers, entertainers, and poets give the people a voice.
