She: "I typed a WhatsApp and pinned it with ALL the instructions, I packed all three bags, I put the swimsuit clearly visible next to it and told him she should wear it underneath as time is short before the lesson..."

I once had someone on a site tour suggesting that the archaeology was 2m below surface because gravity pulled it closer to the core of the earth.
It took me a minute to understand what they were on about but a great theory overall! 😅

Und ich glaube, dass viele unserer Demokratien *auch* daran kranken, dass viele, die in den Parteien Karriere machen nicht mehr aus der Arbeiterklasse oder auch dem Mittelbau kommen. Die wissen nicht um die Sorgen der "einfachen" Leute weil sie es seit Generationen selbst nicht mehr waren. 🤷♀️
Ich hab im letzten Jahrzehnt eine Weile in Gorton gewohnt und es ist mir ein innerer Vorbeimarsch, dass dort nun eine Grüne MP ist! Wurde auch Zeit, das dort (und in England!) was passiert! 🥳
Es war damals schon schlimm, aber nach dem Brexit muss es oh so viel schlimmer geworden sein!

There might be a transition period where everyone adjusts - but if you actually persecute the illegal trade then things change pretty quickly.
I know some counties in Germany have started the "Schatzregal" quite recently (last decade or so) and there weren't any major problems...

I am so heartbroken and stunned by this!
In Germany, many counties have something we call "Schatzregal" - any historical or archaeological treasure (Schatz) automatically belongs to the state/county by law!
Some things still get stolen and sold but we can and do prosecute those we catch doing it.
There has even been a large newpaper article about the publication and the talks that were given - including me!
It is in Dutch though but a great article nonetheless!
