I know very little about reddit since much like twitter, I tried it for like a day and then completely bounced off it. I do not have a brain that responds to social media well. But they always did come across as Insufferably Incurious types on reddit. Very circlejerk style.

Feels weird that I'm getting to the point with all the art I've received for my book that we're looking down the barrel of revamping older art rather than making art for the species.

I think there is also a certain subset of consumers who get almost upset at the fact that normal people can create.

Reddit is genuinely one of the worst, most hostile places on the entire internet to try and discuss any RPG that isn't D&D. You get a less hostile reaction to bringing up your own work on /tg/, the 4chan board where people automatically call everything "shilling," because at least you can post it

Chapter 13, the LORE, is finally finished. It comes with fixes to previous sessions like typos and the like. This is a lot rougher than previous chapters since it's mostly just writing and writing takes a few passes to perfect. Still, I'm happy with it for now!

As much as I bitch, I do appreciate all the help I do get from my friends like @hegamonia.bsky.social @jejevvy.bsky.social and others between playtesting, suggestions, and even helping me write some things. As this project becomes less lonely I think it becomes more doable.

I try to make it unerringly clear that if I'm negative about something, it's a personal viewpoint. Like you should be able to critique things, but don't use it as a cudgel against others.

Though I'm going to hate on media, TTRPG or otherwise, coming from a hateful viewpoint. Criminal is good too
