It feels like the whole world is watching out for info on the Madleen, but there’s absolutely nothing on the bbc news homepage 🤔
Anyway, if you don’t already, learn how to show up for yourself consistently because you could do actually anything you wana
Until now people asking why I don’t sit around watching tv all day has seemed like a bit of a dick question but now I realise it’s because we’re basically put on a conveyor belt of learning to answer to other people since we’re kids 😵💫
My studio is in my flat, and so many people say “but how do you ever get any work done” and it’s because I learned to show up for myself. Because I want a job that’s not answering to someone else and because I think about where I’d like to be down the line and make a plan and stick to it
Weird thought - most people never learn how to be accountable to themselves. They do what their teachers, managers, family, friends, society etc say they should do but will really struggle staying consistent doing something on their own for them 🤔
