There is a special place in hell for influencers spreading nonsense to make money off these files. Most of them can barely read. The only people who should be not met with skepticism are the survivors who have publicly told their stories.

Can you read or should I assume not?
I think the people trying to make these files more salacious than they already are, are doing it for themselves. For their entertainment. For their personal biases or conspiracies.
It makes me question if you find sexual abuse to be that bad, if you need to further sensationalize it, to care.

3a) What he does theorize is in the future, using his research on hormone exposure in the womb, they could induce intersex traits in fetuses. He goes on, in a degrading way, to use trans people as a benchmark for how popular this science would be. Trans medical care isn’t new.
3) Epstein and Robert Trivers did not “make people trans.” This is a Nazi era conspiracy. Trivers is seen, in his message, hyperbolizing gender affirming care for minors and then calling it “frightening.” That is neither an admission nor support.
2a) Even if he did donate, it would not make trans people a pedophilic plot, any more than that $50K makes breast cancer a pedophilic plot, or his interaction with Hawkings makes black hole radiation a pedophilloic plot.
1) Prion disease is incurable and it kills you in weeks to months of symptoms. It is not associated with sores, and is not believed to be transferable through kissing or touch.
So, the Epstein Files are meant to get victims justice, not for you to shoddily reverse engineer them into affirming your biases and conspiracies, and score internet points.
