we have changed to a pre-registration system due to so many people showing up!

About 50 people at last weekβs Portland class! We played around with trying to push each other over, then learned about underhooks, overhooks, and collar ties, and how you might pull someone out of danger.

Rosaβs first bike started up for the first time! Weβre all so happy for her.
In this Fridayβs queer & trans fight training in Portland we played Football Freeze Tag, learned a Sacrifice Throw, and had 4 skillshare breakout groups. About half the class is pictured here.
