I had been overfeeding him and his cat, and nite that I have reduced their dry food by half, they both are more receptive to eating all their wet food, plus I add a can of water at the base and they do eat it all.

The ultrasound showed simmering cloudy in his bladder which could be crystals building up. Or a UTI or worse. Vet ordered a urinalysis and we just discussed results and plans of action which include a prescription diet and getting him to drink more water.
I learned some fascinating facts today about cat pee. My Big Boy has always peed in my bathtub a few times a week since he made me his human a couple of years ago. Recently I noticed a faint pinkish color to his pee which went away and then returned.
I took him to the vet for an exam. Glad I did!
