I decided to paint over the rust anyway. I'm probably just going to throw down kilmat over it and run it. Then have pans done sometime in the future. The rust scale is cleaned up. Might hit it from below with some wire wheel action if I can. Then a coat of paint below

Cleaned up my speaker wiring. And ... reconnected the upper speaker.
Because some bonehead tried to put them in series with the lower when they swapped to an aftermarket unit.
