Getting on better with recent versions of Copilot and Claude Code. Also v0 for small simple apps.
Tried to build an app mobile using Bolt New. Didn't work beyond a prototype with the back end mocked. Failed to code the twitter account auth flow.
Ealier I tried Gemini 2.5 and GPT 4.1 in GH Copilot Agent mode. Claude 3.7 still seems the best experience.
Every now and then I try one of the other models. And it seems to perform poorly straight out the gate.
If you’re invested in CoreWeave, that’s a leading indicator that you’re not one of its co-founders.
Even giving em a first name and referring to them with out the AI context has always felt weird and off to me.

Hu, I didn't realise that US interest rates drpped to zero at the start of 2020 (covid) . Compared to the UK since 2008 (financial crisis). 🤔
exactly. and end of ZIRP. that drop-off coincides with mass layoffs. AI tools probably has some impact even if it's causing wait and see. but I also don't agree with the media narrative.
The latest VS Code GH Copilot edits UX is awesome!! I can see the line by line diff. It's crystal clear exactly what changed. I know where I stand.

no, the marketing team own the budget, have tech folks etc. marketing own their entire stack and not have to time share with other projects.
you mean for rev ops. again the tech folks dealing with this stuff should live in the sales org.

The MarTech movement came along with the idea of a the marketing engineer. i.e. all the resources needed to handle marketing lives within the marketing dept.
There's good intent behind EU AI regulation. But the knock-on effect is a joke. Official availability of everything AI from big tech in Europe is delayed. Often the UK gets lumped in with the EU for good measure. Tech savvy consumers who want it will use a VPN.

I belive Perplexity lies less - i believe. I also often ask AI to double check their work. And ask follow up questions.
