How is using Human Rights Campaign and Advocates for Trans Equality data as the first two points centering police reports. BTW, as the story notes, it is HRC that said to use FBI data.
You've got to watch this! Kristi Noem gave $143 million contract to a friend. The company was just created 8 days before she gave them all this money. She has no idea where the company is headquartered and it goes back to a political operative. Corrupt.

Congressional Democrats' proposals to rein in ICE and Border Patrol are fine as far as they go, but so long as they refuse to make federal agents accountable in court for unconstitutional conduct, "these 'reforms' remain mere suggestions" [@foxmike90.bsky.social, Cato]
Isn't it interesting that when TB was spreading in Kansas, information about who had it and why was top secret, but when someone has measles in Missouri public health officials are happy to release medical information? hmmmmmmm.
'UNIMAGINABLE CRUELTY': Judge Gary Brown, a Trump appointeee from NY, thrashes DHS' treatment of a man who came to the US at 9 as an abuse/neglect victim, has no criminal record and became a college grad.

Study is on cancer mortality, not incidence. Earlier study in Mass. used cancer incidence, a cleaner variable (higher income reduces mortality). I bet they did not find higher cancer incidence nationally, which is why they changed variable between 2 studies that otherwise used the same methodology.
ICYMI: As Americans grew less tolerant of transgender peopleβs civil rights agenda, we have become significantly more tolerant of actual transgender people.

On the other hand that is sorta low on the list of things wrong with him
Anyone surprised? The guy has trash taste.
Are civilians dying faster than when the mullahs were killing protesters or slower now that Trump is bombing? I think it matters.
Even NPR slinging (imputed) obscenities now

There is a great deal to read about Iran, from many angles: military, political, etc. What do I have to contribute at this juncture? Personal experience -- with Iran and Iranians, especially the dissidents I have known. For your consideration. www.jaynordlinger.com/p/facing-iran
"educator" for deleting information. great.
"more Americans killed" there, fixed it for ya.
Gosh, no biggie, then we've only spent billions of dollars and who knows how many American lives for nothing.
I tried my best.
And here's a link to a piece on LGBTQ groups own numbers showing they are down in increasingly red America: www.kansascity.com/opinion/opn-...
You know what is interesting hate crimes against trans people in Blue Utopia (tm) California are up, but nationwide the trend is different. Here's a link to up in California oag.ca.gov/news/press-r...
Yikes my forehead is big.
I thought it was pretty neutral language.
I'm sorry, if you're going to make a big show about how you've got a Department of WAR helmed by a Secretary of WAR and staffed by WARfighters, it's totally inane to then claim that your massive bombing of a foreign country constitutes something other than a war.
thank you
That's why HRC cites the data for increases in murders. And if anything, the problems the director notes are getting smaller not bigger. Surely the media is not getting less sensitive to transgender perspectives.
Beck, I'd love to have a link to that. I understand that the numbers are incomplete, but the data had the same limitations in past years, so the trend is real.
Spineless law firms preemptively gave Trump millions to avoid illegal orders that even Trump can no longer defend.
