FINALLY got around to playing “The Murder of Sonic the Hedgehog” last night and the moment I got to this scene all I could forever see was “The Thousand-Yard Stare” meme from Tails and the “Fallin’ Peter Griffin” meme from Sonic. Couldn’t shake these two mental images for the whole game.

Okay I now know what I am doing this weekend, rewatching these absolute masterpieces by Kon! Thank you for reminding me!

I have just found that the word “Zine” is not pronounced like it rhymes with “Vine” but pronounced as “Zeen” like as in Magazine….I truly cannot believe I did not make this connection sooner. Thank you to my confused and angry American friends who informed me on this revelation.
