I was also thinking of some sort of sentence-building game with the flashcards. To make it a proper deckbuilding game, there could be currency cards and a goal. Maybe make a coherent 3-sentence paragraph or something.

I mean, if that was the case, it would be Anki, or DIY flashcards or something.
But the point is that they would be traded and collected and played with. You don’t really do that with typical flashcards... Or do you?
Maybe one could use flashcards to make a deckbuilding game, but that's different.

I had an epiphany last night!
Wagotabi is Pokémon, but learning Japanese.
Shashingo is Pokémon SNAP, but for learning Japanese.
In conclusion, there needs to be a trading card game but for learning Japanese. Idk how it would be played, but it NEEDS to happen!

I have now done all the current quests and side quests in the game. As there are only two prefectures so far, it's nice to see that the game encourages taking breaks through pop-ups.
I still need to practice particles and numbers, though. I messed up on-stream yesterday lol
